Can we bring skis and snowboard bags?
Yes. Include your equipment and luggage details in the booking notes. Standard equipment is included when it fits within the confirmed vehicle capacity. If you are unsure which vehicle to choose, contact our team before booking.
Can you drop us at our hotel or chalet?
Yes, where vehicle access is possible. Enter the exact address when booking. For Zermatt, road transfers end at Täsch for onward travel to the car-free resort.
Can we request child seats?
Yes. Select the available child-seat extras when booking and include the children’s ages in the notes so suitable arrangements can be confirmed.
Can we arrange a return transfer?
Yes. You can book your return journey separately or contact our team for help arranging both transfers.
