Can you pick me up from my hotel?
Yes. Enter your hotel or accommodation address as the pickup location. Make sure the address is complete and review the pickup arrangements in your booking confirmation.
Can I book a ride for a business meeting?
Yes. Enter your meeting venue or office address as your destination. Choose a pickup time that allows enough time for the journey.
Can I book a return journey?
Book your return as a separate one-way journey, using your return pickup location, destination, date, and time.
What if I need a chauffeur for several hours?
Select “By the hour” in the booking form for an hourly chauffeur booking. Review the duration and booking details before confirming.
Can I travel with a group or request a child seat?
